Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene is LAB complex is a grass-root facility which produce 100,000 MT/year, the complex is located in Amerya area, Alexandria.
The main feed stocks for the LAB Plant are kerosene/JetA1 distillate suitable for n-Paraffin production, and refinery reformate for benzene separation.
Kerosene/JetA1 distillate is supplied from Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC).
The feedstock will be 27% kerosene and 73% jet fuel.
Refinery reformate is supplied from Alexandria National Refining and Petrochemical Company (ANRPC) via pipelines
ELAB have signed contract with VCME to supply the Gas Chromatography Systems Varian GC3800 with different configuration to cover the following UOP and ASTM Methods:-
UOP 411; UOP 539; UOP 621; ASTM D6730; ASTM 6228; UOP 673; UOP 863; UOP 688; UOP 698; UOP 744; UOP 831; UOP 660 AND UOP 921
Also The Package include HPLC according to UOP 869; UOP 929 and ASTM 6379
